Give the gift of time throughout the year.

This time of the year has the largest amount of opportunities to volunteer. Our greatest needs are standing at a kettle and assisting with toy sorting and distribution. See the information below or go to the link below to find out information and to sign up for these opportunities.

Throughout the year we can use volunteers to help with the following opportunities:

Food pantry Monday through Thursday 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Contact Emely Blowers (exention 1).
Weekday lunch meal at our Community Family Shelter. Contact Margaret at 208-461-3733
Drive, chaperone, help kids with homework or reading at our After school program, contact Jennifer Hatch (extension 5).
Sorting food at various food drives throughout the year (May and October/November), contact Emely.

At one time we had music classes for children that we would like to start once again. We are looking for volunteers who are able to play an instrument and willing to teach children once a week. Please contact Major Michael Halverson at (208) 467-6586 extension 2 if you are interested.

Our greatest need for volunteers during the summer months is cooking and serving lunch meals for up to 75 kids at our Summer Day Camp. If you are interested in helping in that way please contact Jennifer Hatch at (208) 467-6586 extension 5 or sign up using the web address below.

Donations for many of these programs are also a great way to get involved.
