Items you may need in order to apply:

• Proof of address
• Photo ID 
• Identification for each child (medical card, immunization record, birth certificate, school record, etc.)

*Please note that we start signing people up for assistance in early November, so assistance is limited and some spots are all filled. It is our goal to bring joy and relief to as many people as possible this Christmas and all year long.  But our resources are limited and we have to work within our capacity to serve.
